A while back I became a little obsessed with making bread. To me its kind of like magic. Flour, yeast and water combine to make this crazy thing. I also like anything that you can always be better at.  Making bread is something very satisfying, the physical aspect of kneading by hand, creating something out of basically nothing. A bag of flour is $5 no matter what the size. You can buy 5lbs, 25lbs or 50lbs for basically the same amount of money.
